Who is responsible for your information?
Laetitia Chiaramonti is responsible for personal information protection at Mon Pouvoir Astral. Use the contact details above for questions, access, correction or deletion requests, or a complaint. A reasonable identity check may be needed before a file is disclosed.
What is collected and why
To prepare and deliver a reading, relevant information may include your name, contact details, birth date, time and place, the reliability of these details and the context you choose to share. Order information is used for payment, confirmation and follow-up. Share only what is needed for your request; we clarify relevant information together before you order.
Browsing this website
The readings website has no birth-data form, public customer account or advertising tracking added by MPA. Social media buttons are external links. Technical information, such as an IP address or connection logs, may be processed by the hosting infrastructure to operate and secure the website. Courses and their accounts are not open to the public at this stage.
Payment and communication
Payment takes place on Stripe, which processes the information needed for the transaction and provides Laeti with relevant order details. Never send your card number in a message. Communication takes place through WhatsApp, by email (Gmail) or through private messages on Facebook or Instagram. Those platforms also apply their own privacy policies. Avoid posting birth details in a public comment.
Tools and service providers
The website is hosted using OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Stripe handles payment; Google’s Gmail is used for email and PDF delivery; Meta’s WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram are used for private messages when you choose those channels. Laeti uses artificial intelligence tools, including OpenAI’s ChatGPT, to prepare and format documents under her supervision. When personal information is needed for this use, the planned use and information involved are explained before transmission and required consent is obtained. Laeti remains responsible for reviewing the delivered reading.
Processing outside Québec
Hosting, payment, messaging and digital-assistance providers may process information outside Québec. Disclosures are limited to what is necessary for the relevant service. Each provider’s privacy policy explains its practices; you may ask Laeti for details about the tools used for your file.
Retention and protection
Your reading PDF and the information needed for follow-up are kept for six months after delivery so that the document can be resent and relevant information retrieved for the agreed exchanges. Drafts and duplicates that are no longer needed are deleted sooner. This retention period does not extend the support included in your offer. Invoices and records needed for accounting or legal obligations are kept separately for the applicable periods. Access must be limited to people and providers who need it; records that are no longer needed are appropriately deleted, subject to retention obligations.
Your choices and requests
You may request access to your information, corrections and deletion where applicable rules allow. You may also withdraw consent to a use or disclosure; this may prevent completion of a part of the service that requires the information. A privacy request does not subscribe you to promotional messages.
Practice charts and testimonials
Buying a reading does not authorise publication of your story or testimonial. Educational use of a still-identifiable file requires a separate agreement specifying what will be shown and to whom. Changing a first name alone does not guarantee anonymity. Another person’s information must not be provided without their consent or another applicable authorisation.
Changes to this policy
The update date appears at the top of this page. Important changes to the use of your information will be brought to your attention and new consent requested where needed. This policy will be updated before public course accounts and courses open.
