Terms of sale for readings

What you order
These terms apply to Mon Pouvoir Astral personalised astrology readings: natal chart, one-year forecast with calendar, and synastry. Each offer includes the PDF described on its page and follow-up messages to clarify that reading. No video consultation is included. A new reading or the study of another chart requires a separate agreement.
Before any payment
Contact Laeti to confirm the offer, the details needed and the delivery time. Prepare a birth date, place and time that are as reliable as possible; synastry requires these details for both people. If a detail is missing or uncertain, we first agree what can be studied. For a forecast, we also agree on the one-year period and the location used for the solar return.
Information about another person
Before sharing another person’s information, make sure you have their permission or the necessary authority. For a child, explain your relationship so the request can be checked. Information provided for a reading does not constitute permission to publish a testimonial or use the case in a course.
Prices and discounts
Prices are in Canadian dollars: natal chart CAD 100, one-year forecast CAD 200, synastry CAD 150. The animal reading uses the natal chart offer with a CAD 20 discount, giving a price of CAD 80, through a code emailed after our discussion. The total, any applicable taxes and discounts are specified before payment. EUR and USD equivalents displayed on the website are estimates. When Stripe offers payment in your currency, the converted amount is shown before confirmation. If you choose to pay in CAD from an account in another currency, your bank applies its own conversion terms.
Order and payment
Before you pay, Laeti confirms in writing the selected reading, its total price, the delivery date or time, the follow-up arrangements and these terms. The Stripe payment link is provided at that stage. Use a credit card for payment before delivery. You then receive a written order confirmation; keep it with your payment receipt.
Preparation and delivery
The reading is prepared using the information agreed together. The PDF is usually delivered by email within 3 to 6 days after payment and receipt of all required information. Depending on current orders, a longer timeframe may be proposed: it is stated and agreed with you before payment. Your order confirmation specifies the agreed timeframe. If you want to change the details or your request after ordering, contact Laeti: any effect on the work and timing is discussed before a chargeable change is made. Laeti will notify you by email of an unexpected delay; a revised deadline is not imposed without your agreement.
Cancellation and refunds
You may terminate an ongoing service by contacting Laeti. Any amount due is determined according to law, taking into account work already completed and eligible costs and expenses in proportion to the agreed price. Excess advance payments are refunded. A personalised PDF does not remove your legal rights. These terms do not provide an additional satisfaction-or-money-back guarantee for readings.
A problem with your reading?
If your PDF does not arrive, the file will not open or you notice an error in the information used, contact Laeti so the issue can be checked and corrected. This process does not limit your legal remedies.
The scope of a reading
A reading offers an astrological interpretation and points for reflection. Forecasts describe periods and possibilities; they do not guarantee that an event will occur. Your decisions remain yours. A reading does not replace qualified medical, legal or financial advice.
Your copies and your rights
You may keep and print your PDF for personal use. Publication or resale requires prior permission, subject to uses permitted by law. These terms do not exclude any mandatory consumer protection. The version accepted when you order remains the version of your contract.
